Sitting in the office today listening to colleagues talk about past weddings and future ones. The talk is free and easy, people comparing notes and such (we have one person who was recently married and two others are planning for their big day). Fighting to have a wedding, or even a civil union, wouldn’t occur to them. But that is one of the perks of being in the majority.
