RNC chair Michael Steele tries to sell the theory that all of his miscues since taking charge of the GOP are deliberately planned to see where the lay of the land is.
“So if I do something, there’s a reason for it. Even, it may look like a mistake, a gaffe. There is a rationale, there’s a logic behind it.”
Not much to add to that is there?
