All these people in this Fidelity video are just ordinary folks. Just got through watching this video and signed my name to protest what Ken Starr is trying to do get these existing marriage made null and void..

If it wasn't for my possible upcoming jury duty on the morning of Feb 18th in my county here in MD, (have to call in te night before to see if my juror number falls within a selected range of numbers) I would have liked to have been in Sacramento, the capital city of CA on February the 17th with other people from across the country to protest Prop H8.

Regardless of what happens to Prop H8 this March 5th in the CA Supreme Court and when the final ruling eventually comes out of that court, history will likely not be kind to Ken Starr. Because this travesty will not go away or be forgotten for a long time. Same as we have not forgotten Proposition 22, homophobic CA legislator the now deceased Pete Knight (with an estranged gay son), and it was his ballot initiative. Prop 22 that was essentially the same thing as Prop H8 was struck down in May of 2008 by the same court that is hearing mttions to invalidate Prop H8 this year.
